Creating, Editing and Printing Vouchers
The Voucher Manager interface allows you to manage vouchers by creating, editing, and printing them. Follow the steps below to perform these actions:
Creating a Voucher
- Open the Voucher Manager Interface: You will be landed to the "Vouchers" section.
- Click on "Create Voucher": A dialog box will appear for adding a new voucher.
- Fill in Voucher Details:
- Fullname: Enter the name associated with the voucher.
- Username and Password: Set login credentials for the voucher user.
- Valid From and Valid For: Specify the start date and the duration for which the voucher remains valid.
- Traffic Quota: Choose between "Limited (Down/Up)," "Limited (Combined)," or "Unlimited."
- Set Data Limits (if applicable): Enter specific download, upload, or combined data limits.
- Save the Voucher: Click "Create Voucher" to save it.
Editing Vouchers
- Select an Existing Voucher: Navigate to the Vouchers table and click on the voucher you want to edit.
- Edit Details: Update the fields as needed. Options include username, password, validity period, and data limits.
- Save Changes: Click "Save" to apply the updates.
Printing a Voucher
- Select the Voucher(s): Choose one or multiple vouchers from the voucher list.
- Click on Print Options: Navigate to "Printing Options" to customize the printing layout.
- Print: Use the provided print button to print the selected voucher(s) directly.
Responsive and Limited Access
The Voucher Manager interface is fully responsive, providing seamless usability across devices of all sizes, from desktops to tablets and smartphones. Staff users can efficiently manage vouchers by creating, editing, or printing them, with the interface automatically adjusting its layout for an optimal experience. This ensures administrative tasks can be performed efficiently, whether in the front office or on the go. A dedicated "Manager" account offers limited access to the Voucher Manager, allowing users to create, edit, and delete vouchers without accessing system settings or activity logs.
⚠️ Note: The password for the "Manager" account can be managed via the Admin Panel under System > Users & Privileges page. This enables administrators to control staff access while ensuring protection of system configurations, logs, and settings.
