Data Export and Reporting

The Voucher Manager App streamlines data management with easy exporting and logging features. Export vouchers or PayPal transaction data for analysis and tracking, and monitor system activities through logs. 

Exporting Voucher Data

From the Vouchers page, administrators can export voucher data to manage user access efficiently.

Key Features:

  • Export Selected: Exports only the selected vouchers from the table.
  • Export All: Exports all vouchers in the system.

    Steps:
    1. Navigate to the Vouchers page.
    2. Select specific vouchers by clicking the checkbox in the first column (if exporting specific records).
    3. Click Export Selected or Export All as needed.
    4. The data will be downloaded in a CSV file format which is compatible with external tools.

PayPal Graphs

The PayPal Graphs page provides administrators with tools to visualize and analyze transaction data, including total revenue and purchase trends.

Key Features:

  1. Filter Data by Date:
    • Use the "From" and "To" fields to specify the date range.
    • Click Apply Filter to load data within the selected period.


  2. Graph Overview:

    • Plans Total Revenue: Displays total revenue generated during the selected timeframe.
    • Plan Purchases Bar Chart: Compares the number of purchases across different plans.
    • Plan Purchases Pie Chart: Shows the proportional distribution of plan purchases.

PayPal Transactions

The PayPal Transactions page provides a comprehensive view of all transaction records processed through the integrated payment portal. This is essential for monitoring, auditing, and financial reporting. Administrators can review transaction details, filter records, and export data for further analysis.

Key Features:

Transaction List:
View all transactions with detailed information, including:

  • Payer information. (Name, Email, Address)
  • Plan name and Description
  • Amount paid and currency 
  • Date and time of the transaction.

Filters:
Use date filters to quickly narrow down transactions for specific periods.

Export Options:
Export transaction data in CSV File format for external use or record-keeping.

  • Export Selected: Export only selected transactions from the table.
  • Export All: Export all transactions available in the system.

Why This is Useful:

  • Auditing: Easily access transaction records to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Export data to create reports for stakeholders or tax purposes.
  • Monitoring: Track payments and resolve any issues with transactions.

⚠️ Note: Additional data and financial reports are available in your PayPal account, where all transactions are recorded.

 

Voucher Manager Log

The Log page provides an overview of actions performed within the system, offering transparency and the ability to track changes.

Key Features:

  • Filter: Use the search box to filter logs by keywords or actions.
  • Clear Log: Admins can delete all logs for privacy or housekeeping purposes by clicking the Clear Log button.


Each Log entry includes:
1. Timestamp: The exact date and time of the action.
2. User/Role: The individual or system component performing the action (e.g., Admin).
3. Action Details: A description of the event (e.g., "Admin added user uqoq using mass generation").
