Feedback System

The feedback system is a powerful tool for gathering ratings and comments from connected guests, offering insights into your venue's performance. It also enables the redirection of users with positive feedback to external platforms, boosting your online reputation.

⚠️ Note:  Guest Network > Feedback System page controls when the feedback page appears.

1. Page Options

This section allows administrators to configure basic feedback system settings, such as redirection time and minimum rating for redirection. After users submit their feedback, they will be redirected to the Thank You page.


Fields:

  • Seconds Before Redirection: Set the duration (in seconds) that the "Thank You" page is displayed before redirecting users to the final URL.
    Example: "3"

  • Redirect to Website: Define the destination URL where satisfied users will be redirected. 
    Example: "https://www.tripadvisor.com/business_page_url"

  • Minimum Rating for Redirection: Establish the minimum rating required for redirecting users to external platforms.
    Example: "3"



Rating Options
This section has to do with the appearance of the Rating system.

Fields:

  • Enable 5-Star Rating System: Toggle the display of star ratings for user feedback.
  • Default Rating on Page Load: Set the default rating displayed when the page loads.

⚠️ Note: If the 5-Star rating system is disabled, you can set the Minimum Rating to Redirect value to "-1" to ensure all users are redirected to the specified page, regardless of their feedback score.




2. Feedback page texts

This page allows you to customize the text and questions displayed on the Feedback page to align with your brand and gather valuable insights from guests. With the HTML Editor, you can also add external content, links, and other elements to customize the page further.

Fields
:

  • Title: The main title displayed at the top of the feedback page.
    Example: "Send us your feedback"

  • Main Text: Introductory or explanatory text that provides context or instructions for the user.
    Example: "Your suggestions are valuable to us and will be considered as part of our ongoing activities to improve our services."

  • Question/Comment 1 Label Text: The label for the first feedback question.
    Example: "How was your experience?"

  • Question/Comment 2 Label Text: The label for the second feedback question.
    Example: "Do you have any suggestions?"

  • Submit Button Text: The text displayed on the submission button.
    Example: "Submit"



3. Thank you page texts

This section allows you to customize the text displayed on the Thank You page after feedback submission. With the HTML Editor, you can also add external content, links, and other elements to customize the page further.

Fields:

  • Title: The main title displayed at the top of the Thank You page.
    Example: "Thank you for your feedback"

  • Main Text: Additional text to express gratitude or provide next steps after feedback submission.
    Example: "We appreciate your input and will use it to improve our services."
