Mobile Users
The Mobile Users page provides an overview of authentication records generated by the Mobile Login method. It presents time-based visualizations, access statistics, and operator-configured user data to support monitoring and management of mobile number–based network access. All data displayed on this page is processed and retained according to operator-defined settings.
The operator is responsible for determining the lawful basis for processing, enabling optional fields, and configuring data retention under System > Data Retention, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
Features
1. Counters and Filters
- Main Title: Displays the "Mobile Users" heading alongside the total number of Mobile Users (Total Mobile Users).
- Time Filters: A dropdown menu allows filtering Mobile User data by predefined intervals, such as "All Time," "Last 12 Months," or "Today."
2. Statistics and Visualizations
- Mobile User Statistics: Includes counters for "Total," "Returning," and "Failed" Mobile Users to provide a breakdown of usage trends.
- Mobile Users Login Chart: A line graph visualizes time-based login counts for Mobile Users, highlighting patterns and peaks over time.
3. Table Overview
The Mobile Users table provides structured information about each user accessing the network via the Mobile login method.
Columns include:
- Extra Fields: Optional, operator-defined metadata fields associated with Mobile Login sessions (for example, name or city).
- Mobile No.: The mobile phone number used for authentication, collected when the Mobile Login method is enabled and configured by the operator.
- First Login: The timestamp of the user's first login.
- Last Login: The timestamp of the user's most recent login.
- MAC Address: A device identifier observed during the network session.
- Visits: The total number of times the user has logged in using the Mobile login method.
- Marketing: Indicates if the user has opted into marketing communications.
- Action: Options to manage or remove specific user records.
4. Search and Filtering Options
- Search Bar: Quickly find specific login entries by typing keywords.
- Entries Per Page: Adjust the number of entries displayed in the table (10, 25, 50, or 100).
5. Export and Management
Export Options:
Export Email User data in the following formats:
- CSV: Export Mobile User data for further analysis.
- Print Mode: Generate a printable view of Mobile User records.
Other Options:
- Reset Visits: A button to reset the visit count for all Mobile Users.
- Delete All: A button to remove all Mobile User data, clearing the records.
How to Use
- Filter Data: Use the time filters or a custom date range to narrow down the data.
- Analyze Visuals: Review the line graph and counters to understand Mobile login user activity and trends.
- Search or Filter Table: Utilize the search bar and table filters to locate specific user records.
- Export Data: Click on the export button to download data for further analysis or printing.
- Manage Records: Use the "Reset Visits" or "Delete All" options to manage Mobile User data as needed.
The Mobile Users page provides operators with visibility into Mobile Login authentication activity for operational monitoring and access management purposes.
