Connected Page

This section allows you to customize the page displayed to users once they have successfully connected to the WiFi network. You can set options such as redirection time, social media links, and the final redirection destination.

1. Page options

In this tab, you can configure the duration for which the user will view the current page before being redirected. You can also set whether to redirect the user to a specific URL or display the session status page.

Fields:

  1. Redirection Time: Set the duration (in seconds) the user will see the connected page before being redirected. This page includes a successfully connected message, an image, and links to the most popular social media platforms.

    Example: "Seconds Before Redirection: 5"

  2. Force Redirection: Enable this feature to redirect the guest user to a URL of your choice or force them to see the session status page.


Options:

  • Show Session Status: If selected, the user will be redirected to the "Status" page, which displays basic session information such as uptime, time left, client IP, and MAC address.

  • Force Redirect - Redirect to Website: If this option is selected, you can specify the URL to which users will be redirected after login
    Example: "https://www.google.com"



2. Page Texts

In this tab you can customize the page title and main text.

Fields:

  • Title: The title displayed on the connected page.
    Example: "Logged in"

  • Main Text: The main content displayed on the connected page. Customize the text with the HTML editor to create a welcoming and informative message for users. You can add rich content like images, links, and more to enhance the user experience.
    Example: "You are now connected to our WiFi. Feel free to access our super fast Internet Service!"

Default banner image for this page can be uploaded on Captive Portal > Media Gallery page under Images section.


Customize the social media icons displayed on the connected page by providing URLs for each platform.

Fields:

  • Facebook URL: Enter the URL for your Facebook page.

  • Twitter URL: Enter the URL for your Twitter profile.

  • Instagram URL: Enter the URL for your Instagram account.

  • LinkedIn URL: Enter the URL for your LinkedIn profile.

  • YouTube URL: Enter the URL for your YouTube channel.

  • Pinterest URL: Enter the URL for your Pinterest profile.

  • Booking URL: Enter the URL for your Booking.com page.

  • TripAdvisor URL: Enter the URL for your TripAdvisor profile.

If you prefer not to include specific social media links, simply leave the respective fields empty.
