Notifications and Tools

In the Admin panel, the Notifications and Tools section is located at the top right corner of the top bar.


Notifications

It displays alerts and important updates, such as:

  • Errors: Any issues or malfunctions detected within the system.
  • Firmware Updates: Notifications about available firmware updates for the device.

 

 

Tools

The Tools section can be found by clicking on three vertical dots in the top right corner of the Admin panel.

This section provides access to various management tools and utilities:

  • Voucher Manager: Opens the Voucher Manager application, allowing administrators to create, manage, and monitor vouchers for guest WiFi access.

  • Live! Menu: Opens the Live! Menu application, a digital menu that can be used to showcase products, such as in a restaurant or cafe. This tool opens a management interface where the admin can create, edit, and organize menu items.

  • Coupon Manager: Opens the Coupon Manager app, which allows for the redemption of individual coupon codes generated by the Campaign Manager, enabling managers to manage discount campaigns and track coupon usage.

  • Ping Tool: Allows administrators to send ICMP (ping) requests to devices on different network interfaces, such as Local, Guest, or WAN. This tool helps in diagnosing connectivity issues.
