Facebook Users
The Facebook Users page provides an overview of authentication records generated by the Facebook Login method. It presents time-based visualizations, access statistics, and operator-configured data to support monitoring and management of Facebook-based network access.
The operator is responsible for enabling Facebook Login, determining the lawful basis for processing, configuring optional data fields, and defining data retention policies under System > Data Retention, in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
Features
1. Counters and Filters
- Main Title: Displays the "Facebook Users" heading alongside the total number of Facebook Users (Total Facebook Users).
- Time Filters: A dropdown menu allows filtering Facebook User data by predefined intervals, such as "All Time," "Last 12 Months," or "Today."
2. Statistics and Visualizations
- Facebook User Statistics: Includes counters for "Total," "Returning," and "Failed" Facebook Users to provide a breakdown of usage trends.
- Facebook Users Login Chart: A line graph visualizes time-based login counts for Facebook Users, highlighting patterns and peaks over time.
3. Table Overview
The Facebook Users table provides structured information about each user accessing the network via the Facebook Login method.
- User: Profile name and profile image provided by Facebook, where available and permitted by the user.
- Email Address: The email address associated with the user’s Facebook account, only if explicitly shared by the user and permitted by Facebook.
- First Login: The timestamp of the user's first login.
- Last Login: The timestamp of the user's most recent login.
- MAC Address: A device identifier observed during the network session.
- Visits: Number of recorded authentication events associated with the Facebook Login method.
- Marketing: Indicates if the user has opted into marketing communications.
- Action: Options to manage or remove specific user records.
4. Search and Filtering Options
- Search Bar: Quickly find specific login entries by typing keywords.
- Entries Per Page: Adjust the number of entries displayed in the table (10, 25, 50, or 100).
5. Export and Management
Export Options:
Export Facebook User data in the following formats:
- CSV: Export Facebook User data for further analysis.
- Print Mode: Generate a printable view of Facebook User records.
Other Options:
- Reset Visits: A button to reset the visit count for all Facebook Users.
- Delete All: A button to remove all Facebook User data, clearing the records.
How to Use
- Filter Data: Use the time filters or a custom date range to narrow down the data.
- Analyze Visuals: Review the line graph and counters to understand Facebook Login user activity and trends.
- Search or Filter Table: Utilize the search bar and table filters to locate specific user records.
