OTP Validation
On this page you can to craft the appearance of your OTP validation pages and refine the OTP message format for both Email and SMS OTP (one-time passwords). By aligning every element with your brand's identity, this level of customization empowers you to leave a memorable imprint on your guests while simultaneously enhancing the security of your authentication process.
1. Email OTP Page
The Email OTP Validation page appears after users submit their email address when using Email Authentication with OTP Validation enabled. Users must enter the received OTP (one-time password) to verify their email address.
If the provided email address is already registered in the system from previous logins, user will be logged in automatically, bypassing this page.
Fields:

Title: The title displayed on the OTP page.
Example: "Connect to Our WiFi"

Page Text: Use this area to provide additional instructions or information about entering the OTP. You can customize this email part using the HTML Editor to include rich content such as images, web images, links, and iframes to enhance user experience.
Example: "Please enter the OTP sent to your email address to complete the verification process."

Label Text: Label for the field where users enter the OTP.
Example: "Enter verification code"

Validation Text: Message shown if the OTP field is left blank.
Example: "Please enter your code"

Wrong Code Text: Error message displayed if the entered OTP is incorrect.
Example: "Wrong Code! Please try again"
2. Email Content
This page allows you to customize the content of the email sent to users when they receive a one-time password (OTP). The HTML editor enables you to design an email that aligns with your property's brand, providing a more visually engaging experience for your guests.
Fields:

Email Subject: The subject line of the email that users will receive.
Example: "Email Verification"

Email Main Text: Main content of the email where you can provide instructions or additional information about the OTP and the verification process. You can customize this email part using the HTML Editor to include rich content such as images, web images, links, and iframes to enhance user experience.
Example: "Thank you for choosing our service. Please use the one-time password provided below to verify your email address and complete the login process."

Email Verification Code Text: The text in the email that includes the OTP for verification. The random OTP code is added at the end of this text.
Example: "Your one-time verification code is [Verification Code]"
Email templates and colors can be customized in Captive Portal > Theme Editor page.
3. SMS OTP Page
This page is shown after a user submits their mobile phone number using Mobile/SMS Authentication. It requires the user to enter the one-time password (OTP) received via SMS to complete the authentication process.
If the provided email address is already registered in the system from previous logins, user will be logged in automatically, bypassing this page.

4. SMS Content
This section allows you to customize the SMS content that users receive when a one-time password (OTP) is sent. Personalize the message to align with your brand and enhance the guest experience.
Fields:

SMS Verification Code Text: The main content of the SMS message that users receive, including the OTP. You can include custom text to thank the user or provide additional instructions. The random OTP code is added at the end of this text.
