Voucher Manager App

The Voucher Manager is a tool for creating, managing and distributing vouchers. It provides a centralized place where administrators can generate, track and print vouchers for guest internet access. The system also supports automatic voucher creation through Paid Access, allowing administrators to configure pre-defined payment plans using Stripe or PayPal as the payment processor. Voucher generation, printing and payment options can each be tailored to suit your deployment.

Overview

The Voucher Manager handles voucher-based access control and monetization from a single interface. For accountability, the system includes a limited user account for employees and an activity log that records all voucher-related actions.

Voucher Manager Pages

1. Vouchers

  • Lets administrators and employees create, edit, print, export and delete vouchers used for internet access. A statistics row at the top of the page summarizes total, active, returning, quota-reached and expired vouchers.

2. Voucher Generator

  • A tool for generating and printing vouchers with a single click.

3. Payment Plans

  • Manages the payment plans available for users to purchase (time, quota limits, etc.).

4. Settings

  • General Settings: Configures voucher generation, scheduled deletion of expired users, etc.
  • Printing Options: Manages printing settings and appearance (logo, texts, fields to print, etc.).
  • Generator Plans: Sets the plans used for generating vouchers in Voucher Generator.
  • Payment Portal Settings: Manages payment portal settings (PayPal and Stripe API credentials, SMS delivery of credentials).
  • Payment Portal Options: Customizes the appearance, texts, logo and background image of the payment portal.

5. Payment Reports

  • Charts: Displays graphical representations of payment data.
  • Transactions: Lists transactions processed through the payment portal.

6. Log

  • Displays logs of system activities and events.

WAVER AI Assistant

If enabled, the WAVER AI Assistant is available on every Voucher Manager page via the chat button in the bottom corner. It can explain what a page does, walk you through completing a form, suggest which settings to configure first, and help troubleshoot issues.
