The Voucher Manager is a comprehensive tool designed to streamline voucher creation, management, and distribution. It provides a centralized platform where administrators can efficiently generate, track, and print vouchers for guest internet access.

Overview

With an intuitive interface, the Voucher Manager streamlines voucher access control and monetization, making user connectivity management efficient and hassle-free.

The system also enables automatic voucher creation through Paid Access, allowing administrators to configure pre-defined payment plans using PayPal as the payment processor. With flexible settings, administrators can tailor voucher generation, printing, and payment options to suit their needs.

For enhanced security and transparency, the system includes a limited user account for employees and an activity log to track all voucher-related actions. This ensures efficient management, better accountability, and controlled access to voucher operations.

Voucher Manager Pages


1. Vouchers

  • Allows administrator/employee to create, edit, print, generate and export vouchers used for Internet Access

2. Voucher Generator

  • A tool that is used for generating and printing vouchers with a single click

3. Payment Plans

  • Manages payment plans that are available for users to purchase (time, quota limits etc.)

4. Settings

  • General Settings: Configures settings like voucher generation settings, schedule deletion of expired users etc.
  • Printing Options: Manages printing settings and appearance (logo, texts, fields to print etc)
  • Generator Plans: Set plans for generating vouchers using Voucher Generator
  • Payment Portal Settings: Manages settings related to the payment portal (PayPal API, SMS Delivery of credentials)
  • Payment Portal Options: Customize appearance, texts, logo, background image for the payment portal

5. Paypal Reports:

  • Paypal Graphs: Displays graphical representations of Paypal data
  • Paypal Transactions: Lists transactions made through Paypal

6. Log 

  • Displays logs of system activities and events
