1. Images

In this section, you can upload images to be used as the main content of your Captive Portal. Uploaded images will be automatically resized; however, for optimal results, it's best to use images with the recommended sizes listed below. 
Additional configuration options for image settings are available under "Landing Page - Global Options - Image Settings."


Fields:

  • Company Logo [maximum 280x100 pixels]: This logo appears on the top section within all Captive Portal pages.
    Example: Brand logo.

  • Background Image [maximum 2000 pixels wide]: (Applicable to Custom Background Theme only)
    Example: A visually appealing background that complements your company’s branding.

  • Footer Logo [maximum 100 pixels wide]: This logo is displayed in the footer.
    Example: "Powered by [Your Company]" logo.

  • Page Images 1, 2, 3, 4 [650x488 pixels]: Default images that can be shown on the Landing or on Authentication page.
    Example: A slider showcasing up to four images of the venue products or services.

  • Banner [maximum 800 pixels wide]: Displayed on the "Connected" page when users are connected to your Guest Network.
    Example: A success message image, announcment or sponsor image.


⚠️ Note: Supported image formats are bmp, gif, jpeg, jpg and png file types.




2. Video

In this section you can upload a video that will be displayed in the Captive Portal. Video settings such as autoplay and other features can be configured from "Captive Page - Global Options - Video Settings" section.

Fields:

  • Video [maximum size 100MB]: Video that can be shown on the Landing or Authentication page.
    Example: A nice company advertisement.


⚠️ Note: Supported video formats are flv and mp4 file types up to 100MB.




3. Files

In this section, you can easily upload various files for seamless integration into the Captive Portal. These files can be included directly via integrated HTML or through Custom CSS/JS coding. The source for each file is displayed in the table below.

Fields:

  • Files Found: Displays the total number of files currently uploaded to the Captive Portal.
  • Storage Used: Indicates the percentage of your allocated storage space that has been utilized by the uploaded files. The maximum upload limit is 500MB.
  • Button "Add Files": Click this button to upload files. A popup will appear, allowing you to upload one or multiple files.
  • Files Table: A table displaying the filename, path, and size of each uploaded file.


Supported File Types:

  • Images: bmp, gif, jpeg, jpg, png
  • Videos: flv, mp4
  • Documents: pdf, doc, docx, ppt, pptx, ppts, xlsx, xls, odt, ods, odp
  • Fonts: ttf, svg, eot, woff, woff2 (can be integrated with custom CSS/JS coding)


Files table 
The table displays detailed information about the files that are uploaded to the device.

  • Filename: The name of the uploaded file for easy identification.

  • Path: The location of the file within the system, which can be used for integration via HTML.

  • Size: The size of the file, displayed in kilobytes (KB) or megabytes (MB).

  • Actions: Options for downloading or deleting the file.




Uploading a File
To upload a file, click the "Add File" button. A popup will appear. Select one or multiple files, then click the "Start Upload" button. Once the upload is complete, you can close the popup. Accepted files will be listed in the Files table.
