Add-ons & Licenses
The Add-ons & Licenses page is the central control panel for services delivered through WAVER+, the cloud platform that extends your WAVER device with optional features such as AI-powered tools, PMS integrations, and other licensed modules.
From this page, you can link the device to your WAVER+ account, activate the 30-day free trial, view the current subscription and licensed services, monitor synchronization status, and manage pairing and notification settings.
To access this page, navigate to System > Add-ons & Licenses.
WAVER+ Account
This section displays the device's Account status and the connected WAVER+ account. A device that has not yet been paired is shown as Not Linked. When linked, the device periodically contacts WAVER+ services to validate subscriptions and licenses, synchronize available modules, and receive related notifications.
Claiming the free trial
Click Claim Free Trial to activate a one-time 30-day WAVER+ trial for the device. The trial provides access to the complete bundle of available WAVER+ services, allowing you to evaluate all plus features before signing up for an account or selecting a subscription plan. Usage-based services, such as AI-powered features, include a limited number of trial tokens or requests where applicable.

Review the administrator notice, authorize the device to communicate with WAVER+, and accept the WAVER+ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before continuing.
The free trial can be claimed only once per device and cannot be transferred to another device. Click View Plans to open the WAVER+ catalog and review the currently available subscriptions.
Linking the device
Cloud Access must be enabled before the device can receive a pairing request from WAVER+.
To link you device with a WAVER+ Account:
-
Click Link Device.
-
If prompted, select Open Cloud Settings, enable Cloud Access, and return to the Add-ons & Licenses page.
-
Review the administrator notice, confirm that you authorize WAVER+ communication, and click Continue.
-
Scan the displayed QR code using a mobile device or click Open Pairing Link.
-
Sign in to your WAVER+ account.
-
Select the company to which the device should be linked and confirm the pairing.
-
Close the pairing window and return to the device interface.
The pairing link expires after five minutes. If it expires, click Generate New Link to create another one.
Note: Cloud Access can be disabled again after pairing. However, it must remain enabled if you want the device to receive incoming pairing requests.
Subscription and licenses
After the device is linked, the Subscription section displays:
-
The subscription plan.
-
Its current status, such as Active, Grace Period, or Expired.
-
The subscription start and end dates.
-
The number of remaining days.
-
The services currently licensed for the device.
Select a license badge to view its service description, license key, expiration date, and any applicable usage or capacity limits.
If the device cannot reach WAVER+, previously synchronized information may be displayed as cached data. Use the refresh or synchronization option after connectivity is restored to retrieve the latest status.
Unlinking a device
When available, use Unlink Device to disconnect the device from its WAVER+ account. Unlinking disables all WAVER+ services currently running on that device.
Settings
Click Settings to manage WAVER+ preferences and view device diagnostics.
Cloud Pairing
Enable Allow incoming pairing requests to permit WAVER+ to send pairing requests to the device. This option requires Cloud Access.
Admin Alerts
Choose whether the administrator interface displays:
-
Pairing notifications.
-
License and subscription alerts.
Device Information and Sync History
The diagnostics section displays the device ID, public IP address, MAC address, firmware version, uptime, connection state, and last synchronization time.
Sync History records communication and licensing activity between the device and WAVER+. Use Clear Log to permanently remove the displayed synchronization history.
Reset WAVER+
Use Reset WAVER+ only when you need to completely remove the local WAVER+ configuration.
The reset deletes:
-
The linked account and pending pairing requests.
-
Locally stored subscription and license information.
-
Notifications and synchronization history.
-
Pairing, licensing, and alert preferences.
If the device is linked, it is also removed from the WAVER+ account. Active licenses are not deleted from the account and may be applied again after the device is paired.
Important notes
-
The device requires Internet access and must be able to make outbound HTTPS connections to WAVER+ services.
-
Pair a device only with an account and company that you are authorized to manage.
-
Linking exchanges basic device identification and operational data required for pairing, license verification, subscription status, and synchronization.
-
License changes may take a few moments to appear. Refresh or synchronize the device after making changes in WAVER+.
-
WAVER+ features and capacity limits depend on the active subscription and assigned licenses.
