AI Campaign Builder
The AI Campaign Builder allows you to create automated guest campaigns and bulk messages using artificial intelligence. Based on your campaign goal, audience channel, preferred tone, schedule, and visit trigger, the AI generates suitable promotional content for review before launch.
The builder guides you through three stages:
-
Setup – Define the campaign type, objective, delivery channels, tone, and schedule.
-
Optimize – Review and refine the AI-generated campaign concepts.
-
Review – Confirm the final content, settings, and recipients before launching the campaign.
No messages are sent automatically while creating or optimizing a campaign. The campaign must be reviewed and confirmed during the final step.
Campaign Setup
Use the Setup step to define what the campaign should achieve, how it should be delivered, and when it should become active.
Campaign Type
Select the type of campaign you want to create:
The selected campaign type determines how the campaign is delivered and which options are available during the remaining steps.
Campaign Goal
Describe what you want to achieve with the campaign. The AI uses this information to generate the campaign message, subject, call to action, and promotional content.
The campaign goal can contain up to 200 characters.
Example goals include:
-
Welcome new guests after their first login.
-
Send a special offer to returning guests.
-
Promote an upcoming event.
-
Thank customers for their visit.
-
Encourage guests to return.
-
Promote a new product or service.
Use a clear and specific goal to produce more relevant campaign content.
Delivery Channels
Select at least one channel through which the campaign can be delivered:
-
Email – Sends the campaign to guests who provided an email address.
-
Mobile (SMS) – Sends the campaign to guests who provided a mobile number.
-
Facebook (Email) – Sends the campaign using the email address collected through Facebook Login.
Only guests with the required contact information can receive messages through the selected channel.
The relevant email or SMS sending service must be configured under Campaigns > Connectivity Settings.
Tone
Select the communication style the AI should use when writing the campaign.
Choose a tone that matches your brand, audience, and campaign objective. The selected tone affects the wording, message structure, and calls to action generated by the AI.
Schedule and Trigger
Configure when the campaign should operate and when an eligible guest should receive it.
-
Start Date – Defines when the campaign becomes active.
-
End Date – Defines when the campaign stops being active.
-
Trigger After Visits – Sends the campaign after a guest reaches the specified number of visits.
For example, setting Trigger After Visits to 1 targets guests after their first visit, while setting it to 3 targets returning guests after their third visit.
The trigger behaviour may vary depending on the selected campaign type.
Optimize Campaign Concepts
After generation, the AI Campaign Builder creates three different campaign concepts based on the information provided during the Setup step.
Use the Concept A, Concept B, and Concept C tabs to compare the generated versions and select the concept that best matches your campaign goal.
Each concept may include:
- Campaign title or email subject.
- Main message content. (including external images)
- Promotional offer and coupon information.
- Call-to-action text.
- Redemption instructions.
- Content adapted to the selected delivery channels and tone.
Switching between tabs allows you to compare the concepts without immediately selecting or launching one.
Refining a Concept with the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant allows you to modify the currently selected concept using natural-language instructions.
Example instructions include:
- Make the tone more casual and friendly.
- Shorten and improve the subject line.
- Add urgency and mention that the offer is available for a limited time.
- Include the business name in the message.
- Make the message shorter.
- Change the discount or promotional wording.
- Improve the call to action.
- Rewrite the content in a more professional tone.
Enter your instruction in the AI Assistant field and submit it. The assistant will update the selected concept while keeping the campaign’s original goal and configuration.
Refinements apply to the concept currently displayed. You can continue switching between concepts to compare their content and make additional changes.
Choosing a Campaign Concept
Before continuing:
- Review all three generated concepts.
- Confirm that the title and message are accurate.
- Check any coupon code, discount, dates, or redemption instructions.
- Refine the preferred concept using the AI Assistant if required.
- Confirm that the wording is appropriate for the selected delivery channels.
- Click Review & Create when the preferred concept is ready.
The selected concept will be transferred to the Review step. Clicking Review & Create does not immediately send the campaign.
