Printing Options

This page allows administrators to configure various printing options for tickets, including layout selection, customizable text aliases, and logo settings. The options here enable users to define how printed tickets will appear, including customization of labels, titles, and the ability to upload a custom logo.

Printing Layout

The first section allows you to select the layout for printed tickets.

There are three layout options available:

  • Ticket with Logo: Prints a ticket that includes a company logo.
  • Ticket with QR Login: Prints a ticket featuring a QR code for easy login access.
  • Batch Print (without logo): Prints a batch of tickets without a logo. (Useful if you need to print the whole list of Vouchers)

Page Texts

This section allows customization of various text labels that appear on the printed ticket. The aliases are customizable, so you can change how fields like username, password, and footer text appear.

Each field includes an option to toggle whether the text should be shown on the printed ticket.

The customizable fields include:

  • Username Alias: The label for the username field (default: "Username").
  • Password Alias: The label for the password field (default: "Password").
  • Page Title: The title that appears on the printed ticket, with an option to toggle visibility (default: "Your Company Here").
  • Full Name Alias: The label for the user's full name (default: "Name").
  • Valid From Alias: The label for the "valid from" field (default: "Available From").
  • Footer Text: The text shown at the bottom of the ticket (default: "Wavertech Limited").
  • Valid For Alias: The label for the "valid for" field (default: "Valid For").
  • Traffic Limit Alias: The label for the download/upload traffic limits (default: "Down/Up Limits").


Validity Aliases

This section allows you to customize labels for time-related fields that will be shown on the ticket. These fields determine how terms like "always," "days," "hours," and "hour" appear on the printed ticket.

  • "Always" Alias: Customize the label for the "always" field (default: "Always").
  • "Days" Alias: Customize the label for the "days" field (default: "Days").
  • "Day" Alias: Customize the label for the "day" field (default: "Day").
  • "Hours" Alias: Customize the label for the "hours" field (default: "Hours").
  • "Hour" Alias: Customize the label for the "hour" field (default: "Hour").

In this section, you can upload a custom logo to be displayed on the printed ticket.
You can also remove the logo if it's not needed.

How to Configure:

  1. Click the "Choose File" button under Logo to upload your logo image.
  2. A preview of the logo will be displayed. The image will appear on printed tickets if the Ticket with Logo option is selected.
  3. To remove the logo, click the Remove Logo button.

⚠️ Note: Make sure to upload a logo that is appropriately sized for the printed ticket (recommended dimensions: width 200px, height 100px).



Save Settings

Once all configurations have been made, click the Save Settings button to apply the changes. This will save all updated settings to the system, ensuring that the new print options are used for future tickets. Settings in this page directly affect the appearance of printed tickets, so please double-check the labels and layout options before saving.
