Vouchers

Vouchers page provides a comprehensive overview of all generated and used vouchers. It includes time-based data visualizations, usage statistics, and detailed voucher information, enabling effective voucher management and monitoring.

You can create, print and manage Vouchers via the Voucher Manager app.



Features


1. Counters and Filters

  • Main Title: Displays the "Vouchers" heading alongside the total number of vouchers (Total Vouchers).

  • Time Filters: A dropdown menu allows filtering voucher data by predefined intervals, such as "All Time," "Last 12 Months," or "Today."

2. Statistics and Visualizations

  • Voucher Usage Insights: Includes counters for "Total," "Returning," and "Unused" vouchers to provide a breakdown of usage trends.

  • Voucher Login Chart: A line graph visualizes the time-based availability and usage of vouchers, highlighting patterns and peaks over time.

3. Table Overview

The vouchers table presents detailed information about each voucher in a structured format.

Columns include:

  • Full Name: The name of the user associated with the voucher.
  • Username: The unique username or identifier linked to the voucher.
  • First Login: The timestamp of the voucher's first usage.
  • Last Login: The timestamp of the voucher's most recent usage.
  • MAC Address: The unique identifier of the user’s device.
  • Valid From: The start date of the voucher's validity period.
  • Valid Until: The expiry date of the voucher.




4. Search and Filtering Options

  • Search Bar: Quickly find specific login entries by typing keywords.

  • Entries Per Page: Adjust the number of entries displayed in the table (10, 25, 50, or 100).

5. Export and Management

Export Options:

Export Voucher data in the following formats:

  • CSV: For further analysis or reporting.
  • Print Mode: For a printable view of the Vouchers list.


Other Options:

  • Voucher Manager: A direct link to the Voucher Manager interface for managing vouchers.





How to Use

  1. Filter Data: Use the time filters or a custom date range to narrow down the data.
  2. Analyze Visuals: Review the line graph and counters to gain insights into voucher availability and usage.
  3. Search or Filter Table: Utilize the search bar and table filters to locate specific vouchers.
  4. Export Data: Click on the export button to download data for further analysis or printing.
  5. Manage Vouchers: Access the Voucher Manager to create, print, edit, or delete vouchers as needed.

Vouchers page is a powerful tool for tracking vouchers, offering visual insights and granular details to help you optimize your voucher login effectively.
