Dashboard Overview

After logging in, the Dashboard serves as the main control panel for managing your Waver Hotspot Gateway. It provides a customizable interface where you can select and arrange widgets to display key system information. Using the built-in drag-and-drop editor, you can easily organize the layout to match your workflow and monitoring needs.

Dashboard Components

  1. Navigation Panel: Access system settings, statistics and management tools.
  2. Device Identification: Displays the hostname of the Waver Gateway.
  3. Dashboard Customization: Edit Button enables Drag-and-drop widgets to personalize your layout.
  4. Login Methods & Captive Portal Theme: Enabled login methods and preview of the Captive Portal.
  5. Facebook Login Users & Returning Count: Facebook-authenticated guest logins counter.
  6. Voucher Codes & Returning Count: Stored Voucher pre-defined credentials counter.
  7. Email Login Users & Returning Count: Guests logged in via Email Connect method counter.
  8. Free Access Users & Returning Count: Guests users accessed WiFi without authentication counter.
  9. Mobile Access Users & Returning Count: Monitor guest logins via mobile authentication.
  10. Ethernet Network/Port Details: View active wired connections and port statuses.
  11. Last Login Records: Display recent guest login activity.
  12. Active Guests & Guest Network Host Count: Monitor the number of connected users.
  13. Internet Connectivity Status & Response Time to Google Servers: Check network health and latency.
  14. System Information: View date/time, uptime, CPU, and RAM usage.
  15. WiFi Interface Details & Operational Controls: Manage WiFi interfaces and settings (if applicable).
  16. System Services Overview: Monitor the status of essential system services.
  17. Throughput Measurement per Network Interface: Analyze data traffic across network interfaces.
  18. Top 5 Active Guest Users: Currently logged in users sorted by traffic consumption or session duration.
  19. Active Guests Chart: Provides a historical view of concurrent active guests.
  20. WiFi Clients Chart: Tracks the total number of concurrent WiFi clients.
  21. Guest Logins Graph: Visual breakdown of login types and new vs. returning users.
  22. Quick Access Tools: Integrated apps, network ping tool, and admin user settings.
