Dashboard Analytics

This section focuses on how to effectively access and interpret the analytical tools available in the Dashboard page. It provides a guide to navigating the dashboard, exploring key metrics such as user activity, session durations, and data usage. You'll also learn how to use interactive graphs and filters to customize your view, ensuring you can quickly pinpoint the information most relevant to your needs.

Real-Time Throughput 

This section enables you to monitor bandwidth usage across your network in real-time, helping you identify traffic patterns and optimize performance.image.png

Metrics Displayed:

  • Current upload and download speeds for WAN, LAN/Local, and Guest Network.
  • Utilization percentage for the active network interface, providing a clear view of resource usage.

WiFi Clients

This section provides insights into the WiFi devices connected to your gateway, including both the integrated WiFi and cAPs (if enabled).

  • Line Graphs: Show the total number of connected devices over specific time intervals, helping you track connection trends.

  • Rounded Chart: Break down WiFi clients by the integrated WiFi bands (e.g., 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) for a clear view of usage distribution.


Active Guests

Useful for monitoring peak usage periods and understanding user behavior.

  • Line Graph: Displays a line graph of active users over time.


Top Active Guests

This feature showcases a donut chart highlighting the top 5 active users on your network.

You can switch between two metrics to analyze user activity effectively:

  • Uptime: Displays the duration each guest has been actively connected.
  • Traffic: Shows the amount of data used by each guest during their session.

This visualization helps you quickly identify heavy users and monitor their activity in real time. Hover over the chart to display detailed data for each user.

Guest Login Methods

This section provides detailed insights into the various authentication methods used by guests, helping you analyze data and user activity over specific periods. 

With adjustable time periods via a dropdown, you can evaluate user trends and gain valuable metrics through two key graphs:

Login Type Graphs

  • A line graph shows login activity across different authentication methods over time.
  • A donut chart visualizes the total distribution of users based on their chosen login methods.




New vs. Returning Graphsimage.png

  • Highlights the ratio and trends of first-time users compared to returning visitors.
  • Offers a clear understanding of user engagement and retention rates.

Login Methods Breakdown:

  • Free: Tracks users who logged in using the click-and-connect Free Access mode.
  • Vouchers: Displays the number of users who authenticated with vouchers.
  • Email: Shows the count of users logged in via Email Connect, with or without OTP validation.
  • Facebook: Tracks users who logged in using their Facebook accounts.
  • Mobile Numbers: Displays the number of users authenticated via mobile number.

These features allow for a comprehensive analysis of how guests access your network, empowering you to make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and engagement.


Connectivity Monitor

  • Tracks the status of your network’s Internet connection.
  • Displays key performance indicators like latency (Google DNS) and potential disruptions.

System Resource Usage

  • Device system date/time and uptime
  • Real-time CPU and RAM utilization.
  • Device temperature and PSU Voltage monitoring for proactive maintenance. (CTRX-110 Model only)

Interactive Features

Customizable Layout
This functionality lets you rearrange widgets based on your priorities. (toggle Edit > Builder)

    • Drag and Drop Components: Rearrange dashboard elements by dragging components to your preferred layout.
    • Add or Remove Widgets: Customize your dashboard by adding new widgets or removing unnecessary ones to streamline the view.
    • Reset Layout: Use the "Reset Layout" option to revert the dashboard to its default configuration whenever needed.

    Data Filters & Insights
    Enhance your analysis by utilizing advanced filtering and export options

    • Filter by Time Frames, User Types, or Login Methods: Customize the displayed data to focus on specific periods, guest categories, or authentication methods for precise insights.
    • Interactive Graphs: Click on any data point within the graphs to reveal detailed information about user sessions, login activities, or performance metrics.
    • Select Time Ranges: Use the dropdown menu at the top-right side of the graphs to select predefined time ranges (e.g., Today, Last 7 Days, or custom dates) for a tailored view of data trends.
    • Export Options: Easily export graph data in CSV or image formats for further analysis or reporting. Use the list icon located within the graph interface to access these features.
