Free Users

The Free Users page provides a detailed overview of users who access the network via the Free Access method. It includes time-based visualizations, usage statistics, and detailed user information, enabling efficient monitoring and management of Free Access users.

Features


1. Counters and Filters

  • Main Title: Displays the "Free Users" heading alongside the total number of Free Users (Total Free Users).

  • Time Filters: A dropdown menu allows filtering Free Users data by predefined intervals, such as "All Time," "Last 12 Months," or "Today."

2. Statistics and Visualizations

  • Free User Statistics: Includes counters for "Total," "Returning," and "Failed" Free Access users to provide a breakdown of usage trends.

  • Free Users Login Chart: A line graph visualizes time-based login counts for Free Access users, highlighting patterns and peaks over time.

3. Table Overview

The Free Users table provides structured information about each user accessing the network through the Free Access method.

Columns include:

  • Extra Fields: Custom data linked to the user - up to three fields such as name, age, or city for personalized insights.

  • MAC Address: The unique identifier of the user’s device.
  • First Login: The timestamp of the user's first login.
  • Last Login: The timestamp of the user's most recent login.
  • Visits: The total number of times the user has logged in using Free Access.
  • Action: Options to manage or remove specific user records.

4. Search and Filtering Options

  • Search Bar: Quickly find specific login entries by typing keywords.

  • Entries Per Page: Adjust the number of entries displayed in the table (10, 25, 50, or 100).

5. Export and Management

Export Options:

Export Free User data in the following formats:

  • CSV: Export Free User data for further analysis.
  • Print Mode: Generate a printable view of Free User records.


Other Options:

  • Reset Visits: A button to reset the visit count for all Free Users.
  • Delete All: A button to remove all Free User data, clearing the records.



How to Use

  1. Filter Data: Use the time filters or a custom date range to narrow down the data.
  2. Analyze Visuals: Review the line graph and counters to understand Free Access user activity and trends.
  3. Search or Filter Table: Utilize the search bar and table filters to locate specific user records.
  4. Export Data: Click on the export button to download data for further analysis or printing.
  5. Manage Records: Use the "Reset Visits" or "Delete All" options to manage Free User data as needed.

The Free Users page is a robust tool for tracking and managing users accessing the network through Free Access, providing insights to optimize network usage effectively.
