Overview

The Live! Menu App is a comprehensive digital menu solution designed for restaurants, cafes, hotels and businesses looking to streamline their ordering process. It enables businesses to create and manage custom-branded menus, accessible via QR codes over the internet or locally through WiFi, reducing the need for physical menus.

Beyond menu sharing, the system features built-in order management, allowing businesses to receive, track, and process customer orders in the backend. This improves efficiency and workflow, making real-time order management simple and intuitive.

  • Opens the the digital menu (guest preview)

  • Manages incoming orders (offers also real-time order handling)

  • Administers and view customer reviews

  • Product Variants: Manages different variants of products
  • Variant Values: Manages values associated with product variants
  • Tag Management: Manages tags for organizing products
  • Product Categories: Manages categories for grouping products
  • Menu Products: Manages individual menu products

5. Menu Customization

  • Menu Texts: Customizes text elements of the menu
  • Menu Theme: Customizes the visual theme of the menu (including logo, layout, color, fonts etc.)

  • Checkout Options: Configures options for the checkout process (Cash, PayPal, Credit Card)
  • Global Settings: Manages global settings for the menu system including backup and restore files
