Landing Page
This is the main page where you can configure global Captive Portal appearance and settings as well as customizations including the design of the first page users see when they connect to your portal.
1. Global Options
This section allows you to modify display options and global settings affecting the entire Captive Portal experience.
2. Global Text
This section allows you to customize global texts that appears through the Captive Portal.
- Terms Section: Customize the Terms section title, main terms section text (using HTML Editor), checkbox and validation texts for Terms, Privacy, and Marketing consent.

3. First Page Texts
This section allows you to customize titles and texts for the initial Captive Portal page users see upon redirection.

Main Title and Welcome Text: Customize the first page title and the text below it using the HTML Editor.

Titles: Customize labels for contact and business details such as Telephone, Email and Website.
Leave fields empty if not in use (e.g. leave the Fax field empty if you don't need to show a Fax number).
4. AD Page
The advertisement page can be displayed for a specific duration before users are redirected to the First Page. In this section you can customize appearance and duration.
- AD Page Settings: Enable or disable page visibility, set display duration, and customize countdown text.
- AD Content: Use the HTML editor to include local or online content such as HTML/JS code, iFrames, images, and videos.
⚠️ Note: To ensure unauthenticated guests can access external content, such as images or videos on the web, you must add the source URL to the Guest Network > Walled Garden page. Failure to do so may prevent guests from viewing the external content.
5. Advanced (Domain Override)
This section allows you to configure the domain used by the Captive Portal landing page.
By default, the portal uses a local internal domain resolved by the device inside the guest network. You may optionally replace this with a custom local domain for branding or consistency purposes.
⚠️Note: The HTTPS certificate installed on the device must match the configured portal domain.
If the certificate hostname does not match the portal domain, browsers may display security warnings or block access.
You can upload Custom certificates under System > HTTPS & Certificates.
The portal domain is resolved locally by the local Guest Networks, and is not intended to be accessed from the public Internet. Accessing it externally may result in a “Not Found” page, which is expected behavior.
