User Ratings

The User Ratings page provides an overview of feedback records voluntarily submitted by users through the Captive Portal rating mechanism. It presents time-based visualizations, rating distributions, and operator-configured feedback data to support service quality monitoring and operational review.

The operator is responsible for enabling the rating feature, configuring optional comment fields, defining data retention, and ensuring appropriate use of submitted feedback in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.

Features


1. Counters and Filters

  • Main Title: Displays the "User Ratings" heading alongside the total number of user ratings (Total Ratings).

  • Time Filters: A dropdown menu allows filtering rating data by predefined intervals, such as "All Time," "Last 12 Months," or "Today."

2. Statistics and Visualizations

  • Total Ratings Counter: Displays the total number of user ratings within the selected time period.
  • Rating Analysis: A pie chart visualizes the distribution of user ratings, providing insights into user satisfaction.

  • User Ratings Chart: A line graph visualizes time-based rating counts, helping identify trends and changes in user feedback over time.

3. Table Overview
The User Ratings table provides structured information about each user’s rating and feedback.

Columns include:

  • User: A name, alias, or identifier provided by the user or generated by the system, where available.

  • Date/Time: Timestamp indicating when the rating was submitted.

  • Rating: The score submitted by the user (for example, a star-based rating).

  • User Comment 1: Primary feedback comment submitted by the user, where enabled.

  • User Comment 2: Optional additional feedback field, where enabled by the operator.

  • Action: Options to manage or remove individual rating records.

4. Search and Filtering Options

  • Search Bar: Quickly find specific entries by typing keywords.

  • Entries Per Page: Adjust the number of entries displayed in the table (10, 25, 50, or 100).

5. Export and Management

Export Options:

Export Facebook User data in the following formats:

  • CSV: Export rating data for further analysis.
  • Print Mode: Generate a printable view of user ratings and feedback.

Other Options:

  • Delete All: A button to remove all user ratings data, clearing the records.



How to Use 

  1. Filter Data: Use the time filters or a custom date range to narrow down the ratings data.
  2. Analyze Visuals: Review the pie chart and line graph to understand the distribution and trends in user ratings.
  3. Search or Filter Table: Utilize the search bar and table filters to locate specific feedback entries.
  4. Export Data: Click on the export button to download data for further analysis or printing.
  5. Manage Records: Use the "Delete All" option to clear all user rating data when necessary.
