Legal Compliance

This page defines the conditions under which guests are granted access to the Guest WiFi network.
Guests are required to review this information before proceeding. The content of this page is entirely operator-defined and must reflect the operator’s terms of use and privacy practices.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The templates included in the device are generic placeholders only. They are provided for convenience and must be completed by the network operator before use. Wavertech does not provide legal advice and does not supply legally binding texts. The operator is solely responsible for ensuring that all displayed content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Some authentication methods may store guest-related information (for example, email address or mobile number), depending on the selected login method and configuration.

  • The content of legal and informational pages is fully configurable by the administrator and should reflect the operator’s own policies and usage requirements.

  • Data retention behavior can be configured under System > Data Retention

  • Terms Text: Contains the legal or informational text that guests must review prior to network access. This may include acceptable use conditions, privacy notices, and any information required by applicable regulations.

2. Unsubscribe Page

The Unsubscribe Page is intended for operator or authorized staff use and allows the withdrawal of marketing or communication consent associated with a guest contact, without accessing the administration panel. This page does not delete guest records, does not provide full data management, and does not grant access to user profiles or analytics. Access to this page is typically provided through a direct link shared internally by the operator.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • This action affects marketing or communication consent only.

  • Network access, authentication records, and operational logs are not modified by this action.

  • The operator remains responsible for ensuring lawful use and proper authorization.

  • Data retention and deletion policies are managed separately under System > Data Retention
