Whether you’re setting up your first device or managing a large-scale network, you’ll find everything you need, from initial installation and configuration to advanced features and best practices. Powered by WAVER OS, the platform equips you with the tools required to create reliable and fully customizable Guest WiFi environments.

⚠️ Important Notice

WAVER devices are on-premise network appliances designed for professional deployment environments.
All authentication methods, analytics, integrations, and data-related features are optional, operator-configured, and disabled by default unless explicitly enabled.

The operator of the WAVER device acts as the data controller for any personal data processed through the system.

Operators are responsible for:

  • Selecting and configuring authentication methods
  • Defining data retention and deletion policies
  • Providing guest-facing Terms and Privacy notices
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection and telecommunications regulations

WAVER devices operate locally within the network and do not require cloud connectivity for core functionality.
Wavertech does not access, control, or process guest data during normal device operation. Any optional cloud-based features are explicitly enabled and configured by the operator. System security and exposure are defined by the deployment configuration and access controls implemented by the operator.
