⚠️ Important Notice

WAVER devices are local network appliances intended for use by trained operators.
All authentication methods, data collection features, analytics, and integrations described in this manual are optional, operator-configured, and disabled by default unless explicitly enabled.

Operators are responsible for:

  • Selecting and configuring authentication methods

  • Defining data retention and deletion policies

  • Providing transparent guest-facing Terms and Privacy notices

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection, privacy, and telecommunications laws

Wavertech does not access, control, or process guest data as part of normal device operation. Any cloud-based features are optional, operator-enabled, and limited to the functionality explicitly configured by the operator. Security behavior, limitations, and supported configurations are defined by the device architecture and operator configuration.
